What is meditation?
Is it sitting in the lotus position, clasping your fingers and remaining motionless?
Is it solving the problems of the universe?
Certainly not.
It is simply taking the time to observe the present moment, accepting it as it is, and not as we would like it to be.
What could be more precious than the present moment? The past is gone, and the future – however we might envisage it – constantly takes us by surprise. Ultimately, what should we hold on to? The present.
How can we do this?
Stop for a moment. Stop running away or avoiding things, because it’s tiring and draining.
It stresses us out, and we develop anxiety, dread, fear…
It irritates us, and we become angry…
It keeps us awake; we ruminate and develop depression.
If you recognise yourself in this description, come and discover some tools to help you feel better. Come and take back control of your life – and why not let go of what you cannot change?
In a word, accept what is.

A lack of proficiency can be a disadvantage, as computers are playing an increasingly important role in today’s world.
The advent of computers and the internet is profoundly changing our view of the world and our society.
However, it is not that difficult: with good habits and a bit of practice, anyone can use a computer for their personal needs.
